How do I uninstall a program in my control panel?

I'm trying to uninstall the Zune software. When I go to my Add / Remove Programs Control Panel, I see my Zune. Click for options such as change or remove, but are not there. Why can not uninstall this program? Any help would be appreciated. Nevermind, I've discovered. I have a CCleaner. This worked very well.

Options should appear. What do you mean by change or delete options were not there. If you want to say is that were gray and could not click on them, which means you can not uninstall or not privileged. You can do two things, run the program and see if you can find an uninstall button. Usually, in the main menu next to the load and credits. You can also trying to log into your main account, if you have one on your computer and see if you allow uninstalling.
