Can I get a true roll-up garage door (no track) for my home?

We have a standard two-car garage with a steel age, tilt up garage door. The previous owner built a room allows the UN to one side of the garage that prevents us from simply installing a monitoring roll-up garage door. The problem has worsened due to my wife's new car is only 1.5 inches too high for our old door, double garage! Our first choice is to replace the former with a new slant upward, giving us enough height to the car. My question is, why not sell to anyone / install residential roll up garage doors that wrap themselves completely, as you often see in commercial garages and warehouses? That would certainly solve our problems. Anyone know of someone who does in Southern California?
