Genie garage door no light sensor does not work?

My lights are out on the sensor, but I have no power of unity. light on the switch Wall is on but does nothing when pressed. The remote control turns on the red light on the drive, but nothing. We had a great night light for T-storm could sensors have shorted? The council? What should I do now? I tested the voltage sensors and cables seem to have some in the back of the unit .. plz help .. the wall switch is connected, and the manual says it must close with the wall switch to turn off sensors.which did not. Also, it doesn't show a location for the fuse in this model PROMAX so I'm not sure if any. If it is the Board, there is a place of reference for how to replace it? thanks a rapid response

two problems could be a loose wire in one of the sensors or the return of the motor has been expelled, located in the unit disc. if not one of the problems, genius has a 1-800 number that will help or go to the website of genius
