I have to reprogram my head model garage door opener 455, but I have the old remote control. Please help?

Need to know the model of radio receiver in the Automatic Doorman? 455? N Porter never came with the radio built in. It could be a dozen manufacturers, and most are not compatible with the Cross. E-mail if you wish.
