"Green" Bicycle Race - Need a Sponsor?

I have an idea for a bicycle race, where human power combined with energy solar, wind, battery, and / or braking generators. "You do it with a minimum weight on the bike, for example 250 pounds to encourage people to innovate and to install other devices in your vehicle (tricycle or four or whatever), ensuring that a professional cyclist can not win without the help of other energy sources. We set limits on the size of the vehicle on the road, and different limits when parked (perhaps the pilot would spread out energy panels solar stationary load or rotating the wheels on the windmills). There will be 4 legs to race: 1. Human Powered (including any real-time load could be generated after starting the race with dead batteries) 2. Idle time stationary load (simulating the pilot being at work) 3. Alternative energy only, and 4. Dual power. ANYBODY OUT THERE NOT work for a company that is interested in ORGAINZING and sponsorship of such an event?
