Noise-garage door torsion spring?

My garage door is so strong when it opens and closes. I have a torsion spring and a screw genius trawl opener. In the owners manual for the opener, said that if you pull the string on the arm (so you can open and close the door manually) and lift the cover up to half and kept open, the spring is good, but if it closes, spring is not pressed properly. there are actually two problems here. a torsion spring that keeps the door should be adjusted. If you would consider calling a company to adjust the door spring and lubricating the first party to pay about $ 80 or less, depending on where you live. probably money well spent.
