Need help w / Lockpicking!?

I've been trying to open the basement door w / my lock pick kit. Every time I think I understand it, block is only 1 / 4 of the lap, no matter how hard I try. I've been using a torque wrench and the selection committee. When the tilt lock, I sometimes think that success when the lock is only 1 / 4 of the road.
