how to program the keyless entry transmitter in Malibu 2000?

I need step by step instructions to program keyless entry transmitter for Malibu 2000 if any body could help thanks in advance.

Important All transmitters which are to be recognized by the PDM must be programmed in a single sequence programming. By using this method of program, all previously programmed transmitters will be erased to receiving the programming signal from the first transmitter. The order in which the transmitters are programmed will determine its numbering position within the PDM memory. The first transmitter programmed will be transmitter # 1 and the second transmitter programmed will be transmitter # 2. The number stamped on the transmitter case is for reference only, # 2 can be programmed as # 1, or vice versa. Additional unnumbered transmitters are also available. 1Close all vehicle doors. 2Insert key in the ignition lock cylinder ignition. 3Press and hold the switch to unlock the door. 4While hold switch door lock in the unlocked position, the ignition cycle ON, OFF, ON, OFF. 5Release unlock the door switch. The doors lock and unlock to confirm the program mode. 6Press and hold the LOCK button and the UNLOCK button simultaneously a transmitter. After a delay of approximately 15 seconds, the doors lock and unlock to confirm programming of the station. 7Repeat the previous step to program up to 4 transmitters. 8Turn the ignition switch to run position in order to exit this mode keyless entry transmitter programming. 9Operate transmitter functions, to verify the correct operation of the system.
